Edwardian Fleur De Lis “New Orleans” Pendant

Edwardian Fleur De Lis “New Orleans” Pendant

A love of America’s City of Jazz and an Edwardian brooch from 1900 inspired this 14k gold fleur de lis pendant.  We updated the look by making the pendant smaller, using matte gold, and replacing the brooch’s seed pearls with tiny brilliant white diamonds.  The bright green tsavorite garnets are the exact shade of the antique Russian demantoid garnets used in the original.  The result is a green and gold sparkler that makes every day Mardi Gras!

We can re-create this pendant using any color of beautiful sapphires to complement the diamonds in this classic fleur de lis design.  Royal purple, orange or bright pink would be particularly lovely.  And of course, we can make it a brooch as well!

This pendant was handcrafted in Bangkok, Thailand.
